Microwave coconut rice until hot and soft (2 minutes for one serving, 3 minutes for two servings). Season Shishamo with salt and fry in flour until golden. Quickly fry Papadam. Arrange rice, fried Shishamo, boiled egg, Papadam, Sambal, and Ikan Bilis on the plate.

Diagonally cut the bun in half without fully slicing through. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Prepare a mixed salad with balsamic vinegar dressing on a plate. Make scrambled eggs (two eggs) and place them in a small bowl. Once the bun is hot, insert a slice of salted butter.
